These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our AI-powered chatbot platform and related services.
ChatAgentLab.com is a division of Portalen Gruppen AS, a Norway-based technology company specializing in AI-driven solutions and digital automation (DUNS number 899 551 222).
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Your use of our Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and protect your data.
2. Definitions
- Company: Refers to Portalen Gruppen AS, operating under the name ChatAgentLab.com.
- Service: The AI chatbot platform, tools, and features provided by ChatAgentLab.
- AI Agents: The virtual AI assistants configured and deployed through our platform.
- Subscription: A paid plan that grants access to the Service.
- User Data: Any data, content, or interactions submitted by users.
- Billing Cycle: The recurring time period for which users are billed.
3. User Accounts & Access
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms.
4. Subscription Plans & Pricing
4.1 Plan Structure
ChatAgentLab offers the following subscription plans, each with an included $25 signup AI credit for AI message usage and other AI-powered services:
- Basic Plan: $450/month – 5 AI Agents, Unlimited seats
- Premium Plan: $950/month – 10 AI Agents, Unlimited seats
- Done-For-You Plan: $1,500/month + $2,500 setup cost – 10 AI Agents with professional setup and customization, Unlimited seats
4.2 Fair Usage Policy
To ensure optimal service quality for all users, ChatAgentLab applies a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) to its plans. Each plan includes a one-time sign up $25 in AI credits, covering thousands of messages based on the AI model selected. More advanced AI models require more processing power per message. Excessive or abnormal usage that impacts system performance may result in temporary limitations or adjustments to the account. ChatAgentLab retains the right to review and modify the Fair Usage Policy at its discretion.
4.3 Billing & Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
- You authorize ChatAgentLab to charge your payment method on file for the agreed subscription fee.
- If usage stays within the included plan limits, no additional fees will be charged.
- When your usage exceeds the plan’s included $25 AI credit, additional usage-based fees will apply and be reflected in your account.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of your access to the Service.
4.4 AI Credit Coverage Overview
The number of messages covered by the included $25 AI credit varies depending on the AI model used:

4.5 Additional Usage-Based Fees
Your ChatAgentLab subscription includes a set number of AI agents, storage, and advanced scraping credits. Additional charges only apply when the included usage limit is exceeded. Under normal usage, most users will remain within their plan’s included credits.
AI Message Usage: Pay-As-You-Go Model
When your AI message usage exceeds the included $25 AI credit, extra messages will be billed at the following rates based on the AI model selected:

Additional AI Agents
Your plan includes a set number of AI agents. If you require more, each additional AI agent is billed at $99/month.
Advanced Scraping
Standard website scraping is included in the price. However, for websites that block traditional scrapers or rely heavily on JavaScript rendering, you can use our advanced web scraping technology, billed at $0.02 per URL.
Additional Storage
If your AI agents exceed the included character limit, extra storage is available at $10/month per 1M characters.
Billing of Additional Usage Fees
Any additional usage fees will be reflected in your account and charged separately from your base subscription. If message usage exceeds the limits outlined in the Fair Usage Policy, additional charges will apply and be billed automatically at the end of the billing cycle.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel your Subscription anytime through your account settings.
- No refunds are issued for the remaining period of your billing cycle.
- If a refund is legally required, we will process it within 14 business days.
6. Data Privacy & Security
- ChatAgentLab does not train AI models using user data.
- Your data is securely stored with 256-bit encryption and protected in compliance with GDPR.

7. Limitation of Liability
- ChatAgentLab does not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated responses.
- The AI Agents function autonomously and should not be relied upon for legally binding agreements, medical advice, or financial recommendations.
- We are not liable for any damages, including lost profits, caused by reliance on AI-generated responses.
8. Termination of Service
ChatAgentLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for:
- Violation of Terms (e.g., misuse of AI agents).
- Non-payment of subscription fees.
- Malicious activities (e.g., using AI for illegal activities).
9. Modifications to Terms & Pricing
We reserve the right to modify these Terms or our pricing at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date reflecting the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
For significant changes that may materially impact your use of the Service, we may, at our discretion, provide additional notice via our website or email.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway and are enforced under the jurisdiction of Portalen Gruppen AS. Your use of this Service may also be subject to additional local, national, or international regulations.
